Ridgely's Delight is a designated historic neighborhood, consisting mostly of colonial red brick houses built in federal architectural style. Our rental apartments all are contained in century-old buildings with restored exteriors. The interiors have all been "gutted" and re-built to contemporary building codes and with the most modern conveniences. Thus, while the neighborhood retains its historic look, our residents enjoy central air conditioning, wall-to-wall carpeting, and individual washers and dryers in each unit.
Eastward a few blocks is Baltimore's acclaimed Baltimore Inner Harbor, with its pavilions, the National Aquarium, the Maryland Science Center and numerous shops and restaurants. Also nearby is historic Lexington Market, which offers the area's finest fresh meats and produce.
Restricted parking in Ridgely's Delight is designed to protect residents' needs (and those of their guests). Your signed Lease with us will entitle you and your guests to park within the confines of this community, a privilege not extended to the general public.
