We own and manage these rental apartments ourselves, so all of your arrangements and services are direct-no "middlemen" for you to deal with. Ridgely's Delight is a registered historic district just a block south of University of Maryland at Baltimore and barely more than a baseball throw from Camden Yards where the Orioles play.
Most of our tenants are University of Maryland students at the law, medical, nursing, dental, social work and pharmacy schools. All areconveniently situated just a short walk away. We have also rented to professionals who work in Baltimore's financial district, who like walking to work or home for lunch.
Our tenants tend to renew with us over three and four years. We like to think that's because of our unique "hands-on" management efforts and philosophy, in addition to our very competitive rental rates. We are focused on tenant service. We want your stay to be comfortable and carefree.
